Upper School Hosts Author Cindy Pierce
Following her presentation for CCIS parents on Wednesday, April 12, Cindy Pierce, author and educational speaker on sexual health in teenagers and young adults, spoke to upper school students at this afternoon’s assembly.
In her presentation, “Helping Kids Navigate Social Media and the Hookup Culture to Develop Healthy Sexuality,” Cindy addressed topics including following one’s inner compass, developing a healthy crew of authentic friendships and anchoring adults, social courage and respect, and the hookup culture of sexuality and positive choices.
