Students Head City Club Forum on College Admissions
Phillip Hedayatnia '16, Chair of the City Club of Cleveland's Youth Council, introduced a youth forum on the college admissions process on Monday, October 26th.
Phillip, along with Dalya Oprian '16 and the other members of the Youth Council, organized the forum which featured Lee Friedman, CEO of College Now Greater Cleveland, Josh Levy, Associate Director of Admissions at Oberlin College, and Brent Shelley, CEO of Minds Matter Cleveland. The forum explored how applications are read by admissions officers, and how students can best prepare themselves for the process without sacrificing their individuality.
