1992 graduate Andy Simm, founder of PlayersRep Sports Management, has a reputation for being genuine and knowing how to best represent professional athletes.
Simms signed his first contract while still a student in law school. Today, he runs a firm that employs six agents representing top players and coaches.
"This whole business is about getting clients and keeping them," says Simms in the article. "But all that stuff is predicated on recruiting the right kind of guys. We spend a lot of time getting into their character — their work ethic, what they're like off the field, because that really determines who makes it and who doesn't.
