Centennial Celebrations Start at HawkFest Weekend

On Friday, October 10, families will gather for a community-wide pep rally to include give-a-ways, activities, special guests and free Fandannas. In addition, the Cleveland Indians' Sugardale Dogs will take on the Hawken Hawk during a Hot Dog Derby.

Alumni will gather for a Tailgate party, and families will enjoy a community picnic preceeding the Friday night football game against Independence High School.  There will be a special introduction of Hawken's Hall of Fame inductees during half-time, and fireworks will immediately follow the game.

HawkFest continues on Saturday, October 11, at Lyndhurst with the Fall Family Fair and the Upper School Homecoming Dance.
