Lacrosse Player Competes on National Level
Rising ninth grader Mason Goldberg has been named a 2014 Brine National High School All-American and was selected to represent Ohio at the 2014 Brine National Lacrosse Classic in Boyds, Maryland earlier this month.
"Mason's participation in the Brine event is particularly noteworthy," notes Coach Jim Scully. "A boy his age in the United States could not have competed on a higher level in the sport of lacrosse."
In addition, Mason, Ethan Scully '15, Josh Weil '15, Logan Lair '16, and Jack Green '16 competed for Burning River Lacrosse in highly-competitive events in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New York against some of the best boys lacrosse clubs in the country.
