Congratulations Class of 2013!
The Hawken community gathered to recognized the graduating class of 2013 today at the Gates Mills Campus.
Student speakers Gabe Napoli and Isabella Todaro gave heartfelt addresses to their classmates, as did Class Valedictorian Russell Cohen. The Class of 2013 elected Associate Director of the Upper School Dr. Doug Smith to give the Address to the Graduating Class, and Head of School Scott Looney gave the Charge to the Class of 2013. In addition to the addresses, The Hawken Chamber Players - Arthur Erlendsson '13 on piano; Ben Francisco '13 on cello, and Gabe Napoli '13 on violin - gave a stirring rendition of Johannes Brahms Piano Trio in B Major, Op. 8-I, Allegro con Brio.
