Isabella Todaro Selected as Plain Dealer Senior Standout
Congratulations to Isabella Todaro for being named a Plain Dealer Senior Standout - one of 10 students selected for this distinguished award that honors academic achievement, leadership and community service.
Selected for her environmental work locally and globally, as well as her National Merit finalist award and role on Hawken's Student Senate, Isabella will attend Georgetown University in the fall and pursue a major that combines international relations and environmental studies.
More than 130 high schools each nominated one outstanding senior. Plain Dealer editors and reporters narrowed the field to 23 finalists. A panel of judges chosen from the community had the difficult task of selecting the 10 winners.
