Ally Markovich, State Champion!
Alexandra “Ally” Markovich ’13 won the Division III 3,200m run at the OHSAA State Track Meet with a school-record time of 11:04.53.
Ally ran a near-perfect race, staying with the front-runners, utilizing the pack on a windy day, and pulling away in the last 400 meters. She bested her own personal record by nearly six seconds. Read more in the News Herald and on cleveland.com.
