Senior Places at U.S. Figure Skating Championships
Senior Hawk Jacob Jaffe and his partner Hannah Rosinski made an impressive showing at the 2012 U.S. Figure Skating Championships in San Jose, California, yesterday afternoon skating away with a bronze medal in the Novice Ice Dance division. In addition, Jacob was one of 10 skaters named to the USFS scholastic honors team. He receives a scholarship and $1000 to donate to charity of his choice. He is making a donation in memory of his grandmother to Shaking with Laughter, a nonprofit founded by Marc Jaffe '76 that provides funding for Parkinson's disease research.
