Junior Competes at National Level in National History Day Competition

 

This winter, Ani Dasarathy ’12 entered the National History Day Competition by submitting his website project, “The Kansas-Nebraska Act: The Debate Over the Expansion of Slavery,” to the individual website category. In March, his web site was designated as one of the top two in the local competition held at CWRU, qualifying him for the state competition that was held on Saturday, April 30, in Columbus. There his project was named one of two national qualifiers in the senior individual website category, enabling him to compete at the national level in Washington, D.C. in June. Congratulations, Ani!
