Senior Named District Champion at Speech and Debate Tournament

On February 5th and 6th, Hawken`s Speech and Debate Team competed in the 2010 Cleveland District Tournament Invitation at Vermillion High School. Not only did many Hawken students advance to the State Tournament on March 5th and 6th, but Hawken also took 4th place overall, with Maya Shumyachter winning her event as District Champion in Prose/Poetry.
