Hawken Sophomore Headed to US Figure Skating Championships
Jacob Jaffe `12 and his partner Greta Riebe (Laurel `11)recently qualified for the US Figure Skating Junior National Championships in Intermediate Dance. The Championships will be held December 15 - 19 in Strongsville, Ohio. Jacob and Greta placed 3rd in the Intermediate Dance at the Midwestern Sectionals in Wichita, Kansas last week. Jacob, a two year letter winner in boys soccer at Hawken, began ice dancing about two years ago. Congratulations, Jacob, and good luck at the championship competition!
