Class of 2009 Honored at Commencement
The 105 members of Hawken`s Class of 2009 received their diplomas at the commencement ceremony held on Sunday, June 7 on the lawn of the Gates Mills campus. Representing their classmates, valedictorian Samuel Milner and seniors Cassandra Bucceri and Brian Huser reflected on their time at Hawken and their futures as Hawken alumni before the gathering of faculty, families, and fellow graduates. Michael O`Neill, history teacher and former class dean, offered the official address to the graduating class.
