Students in grades 3-5 who enrolled in the winter session of first grade teacher Emma Ferek`s newspaper class - part of the Lower School`s Passport Program - are proud to present their first ever issue of Hawk Rock News. This first volume is full of news, artwork, word searches, photographs, and even ideas on what to do on the weekends! From collecting newsworthy items from their division to writing, editing, creating the layout, and publishing the completed project, the students gained first-hand experience in the communications field and are eager to start working on their next issue.
