Blood Drive Surpasses Goal
This year`s blood drive, held on Wednesday, February 25, drew more donors than expected, resulting in a very successful drive. Because so many students, faculty, and parents participated, we surpassed our goal of 57 pints by 12 for a grand total of 69 pints. Thanks to all who helped make this Hawken event a success, particularly Mr. Heeter for organizing the event and Annie Koeblitz and Emily Brueck, who were pivotal in motivating students to give blood and in supplying food for the day.
