Hawken Soccer Continues Winning Streak
The Hawks defeated St. Thomas Aquinas 4-1 on Saturday afternoon and will now move to the state semifinals against Kidron Central Christian at Brunswick on Tuesday at 7 p.m. You can read the details of Saturday`s exciting game in the News Herald at this link. Along with athletic prowess, the Hawken soccer team has displayed the best in Fair Play during their successful season. After Saturday`s game, players from St. Thomas Aquinas sent the Hawks a congratulatory email saying "your players were the classiest." If the Hawks are victorious on Tuesday, they will travel to Columbus for the state tournament on Friday, November 9.
