All Ages Race in First Fun Run
Seventy participants braved chilly temperatures to participate in Hawken`s inaugural Family Fun Run on Saturday, October 13. Runners participated in a 1K or 5K course in the alumni sponsored event. Congratulations to all! 1K Race Logan Lair `16 - 1st place male 1K Emily Heyd `13 - 1st place female1K Jack Crowley `14 - runner up male 1K Crile Hart `17 - runner up female 1K 5K Race Richard Bole `96 - 1st place male 5K Mary Carole Harrison - 1st place female 5k Travis Salvati `11 - runner up male 5K Taylor Forsythe `13 - runner up female 5K Class Participation Kathryn Craig`s fourth grade class had the highest participation and won a pizza party. Kevin Sweeney`s fourth grade class had the second highest number of participants and won a special snack of donuts.
