Middles School Teacher Wins Outstanding Educator Award
Middle School Science teacher Peter Thomas was recently selected as Educator of the Year by the Cuyahoga Soil and Water Conservation District. This award is given to "an outstanding educator each year in recognition of someone who uses a variety of methods to help students understand the importance of environmental protection through learning and action." Steve Hopkins, Middle School Director, adds that this recognition "reinforces the work Peter does with students that so clearly supports the concepts embedded in Hawken's 3 Ps."
