STEMM Hawks Garner Accolades at NEOSEF; Two Juniors Named Grand Prize Winners

Eleven Hawks did a stellar job representing Hawken School’s STEMM Program at last night’s 72nd Annual Northeastern Ohio Science and Engineering Fair (NEOSEF), where students presented their projects to esteemed experts in their respective STEM fields.

This year, 287 students from 50 schools in Northeast Ohio presented their projects to experts in their respective STEM fields. Our Hawken representatives brought home prizes in biology, behavioral science, environmental science, health and medicine, and engineering, as well as multiple prizes in several professional award categories. In addition, many students were invited to additional conferences. Every student either placed or received and Honorable Mention in their category.

This year, we brought home not one, but two Grand Prize finishes out of only seven spots! Our Grand Prize winners are Arielle Klein '26 for Health and Medicine and Lila Morley '26 for Biology. These students will travel to Regeneron’s International Science and Engineering Fair in Columbus in May.
