Hawken School to Perform at World-Renowned Severance Hall
Hawken School's year of Centennial celebrations - from the all-school photo on the Great Lawn to the Party of the Century in May to the 100th birthday party commemorating Hawken’s October 1915 opening - will soon come to an end, and in grand fashion.
The Hawken Centennial Finale Choral Festival, to be held at Severance Hall on November 13, celebrates our school’s history, its founder James A. Hawken, and our ongoing commitment to the arts. Sponsored by Chandler H. Everett ’53, the evening will include student narratives based on the newly-released commemorative book Fair Play, student poetry readings, and musical performances by musicians from all three Hawken School divisions.
