Boys and Girls Soccer Teams Win Regional Championships
Both the boys and girls soccer teams won their Regional Championship games on Nov. 2 and advance to the State Semifinals.
The boys defeated Chippewa 4-0 in their Regional final game and are now 9-1 in Regional finals since 1999, outscoring opponents 25-8. - The boys team plays Mansfield Christian HS Wednesday at 7:00pm at Nordonia HS (8006 S. Bedford Rd., Macedonia, OH 44056).
- The girls play Oak Harbor HS Tuesday night at 7:00pm at Sandusky HS (2118 Camp St., Sandusky, OH 44870).
Winners on Tuesday and Wednesday advance to the State Championship game, held at Columbus Crew Stadium. The girls Championship will be Friday at noon, the boys will be Saturday at noon.

Hawken's girls soccer team defeated Gilmour 3-0 to capture the Division III title on Friday, Oct. 25. This is the second season that girls soccer has won the District title. They now move on to regionals and will take on Warren Champion in a regional semifinal 7pm Tuesday at Brecksville.
