O.J. McDuffie '88 Featured in Plain Dealer

Could former NFL player O.J. McDuffie '88 been a Cleveland Indian?
Tim Warsinsky of the Plain Dealer notes in this July 15 article that the Indians "very likely would have drafted McDuffie out of high school in 1988 had he not made it clear he was going to attend Penn State to play football for Joe Paterno."

McDuffie, who is now 43, is one of several Northeast Ohioans nominated for consideration in the  National Federation of State High School Associations high school sports Hall of Fame.
