Sixth Grade Knowledge Master Teams Rank High

Congratulations to the 6^th grade Knowledge Master teams for their success in a recent online, world-wide competition.   Given that school enrollment for schools in our division must fall between 200 and 500 students, Hawken’s enrollment of 208 put the teams at a bit of a disadvantage, as they had to compete against much larger schools.  Nonetheless, the A team finished second in the state and 9^th in the world among the 100 schools in our division; the B team finished 8^th in the state and 33^rd in the world in our division. Realizing that the teams who came out ahead of them scored only a few points higher, Hawken team members are looking at ways to improve their speed for next year’s competition.
