On Monday, November 15, the Hawken Alumni Association hosted an assembly featuring three panelists who shared with students their experiences in entrepreneurism. Panelists included Sam Gerace, Hawken parent and founder and CEO of Veritix, a digital ticketing, event marketing, and relationship management solutions provider for the sports and live entertainment industries; David Cole ’85, current director and owner of Robinhood Camp in New Hampshire; and Larry Wilson ’95, founder and president of The Wilson Group, a television and entertainment talent agency. Rachelle Brenner and Saeed Jackson, senior representatives to the Alumni Board, served as moderators for the panel, submitting student-generated questions to the panelists. Each of the panelists helped demonstrate to our students that education, life experiences, and personal interests can empower individuals in ways that evoke limitless potential and career paths.
