Hawken to Host Lacrosse Fundraiser

Hawken will be teaming with lacrosse players from across northeast Ohio this Saturday, April 25, as the school hosts the 2009 Fisher House Charity Lacrosse Showcase. The +óGé¼-£showcase` is an all day series of high school and middle school lacrosse games held to raise money and awareness for the Fisher House Foundation. Last year`s event raised more than $51,000 for the families of wounded service men and women. This year Hawken students will be playing and volunteering their services as part of Global Youth Service Day. Gates open at 8:30 a.m. and games start at 10:00 a.m. at Hawken School`s Walton Stadium.
