Hawken junior Aaron Kohn recently found himself in a winner`s circle of directors and writers from across the globe, including famed actor turned director Morgan Freeman. He was one of two grand prize winners in the KidsEye International Film Festival portion of the Rhode Island International Film Festival for his film \"Project Kick Talk,\" which follows the lives of children of the San Bushmen Tribe in Namibia, Africa. In addition to that win, the film was also selected to be shown at the Moondance International Film Festival in Hollywood in September. Kohn traveled to Namibia in March of 2006 for filming and brought that footage back to the United States, created \"Project Kick Talk,\" and had the documentary incorporated into the curriculum of a Hawken fourth grade class.
