STEMM Hawks Garners Accolades at NEOSEF; Junior Named Grand Prize Winner

Twelve Upper School Hawks did a stellar job representing Hawken School’s STEMM Program at last night’s 71st Annual Northeastern Ohio Science and Engineering Fair (NEOSEF), where students presented their projects to esteemed experts in their respective STEM fields. Our Hawken representatives brought home prizes in Biology, Chemistry, Health-Medicine, and Engineering, as well as multiple prizes in 13 Professional Award categories, and a total of $2000 in cash prizes.

Special congratulations go to junior Nathan Kalhan, who was named a Grand Prize winner and will be traveling to Regeneron’s International Science and Engineering Fair in Los Angeles, CA in May!
